Your Profile:

Your first language is French and you're fluent in English.
Any other European language is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized and decisive person.
Experience in customer service (in a travel agency is a plus).
Customeroriented.
Able to multitask.
Able to use different channels to communicate with clients and customers (B2B and B2C).
Willing to manage Inbound calls and guide clients with any products or questions.

Your day-to-day:

Advise and assist customers in the online booking process.
Manage backoffice tasks of reservations (confirmation, modification and cancellation of reservations and/or tickets).
Aftersales followup (management of disputes and compensation).
Administrative followup (billing, organization of activities and/or sending of travel documents).
