  • We are looking for Telephone Operators for our Customer Service department:_


The main functions of the Customer Service position are the reception and issuance of calls (NOT SALES), above all:

  • Treat our customers with excellence with the clear objective that they remain promoters of our company.
  • Offer the best solution to the customer in an optimal time to perform such management.
  • Knowing our products so that you can answer customer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in telephone customer service (preferably in Contact Center).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • High resolution capacity
  • Customer oriented
  • Fast keyboard skills and quick commands
  • Immediate incorporation
  • Advanced level of English
