Functions:

The main functions of the Customer Service position are the reception and issuance of calls (NOT SALES), above all:

Treat our customers with excellence with the clear objective that they remain promoters of our company.
Offer the best solution to the customer in an optimal time to perform such management.
Knowing our products so that you can answer customer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Fixed schedules of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday (16:0022:00)
