- Project Support: Lead the execution of special initiatives like webinar setups, sales videos, or new experiments.
- Founder Sales Support: Act as the ultimate right hand by handling meeting preparation, research briefs, and CRM management.
- Attention to detail: You take pride in accuracy while managing large datasets. You understand that in sales, one small typo can lose a lead.
- High agency & resourcefulness: You are a problem-solver who finds a way when a process hits a wall. You prefer clever, resourceful workarounds over defaulting to paid tools or extra budget.
- Technical Agility & AI-First: You learn new tools rapidly and are proficient with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to optimize your workflow and your output.
- Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for a manual. You look for ways to make the sales engine faster and smoother without being asked.
- Fluent in English: Excellent written English for professional, concise outreach and internal briefings.
- Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
- Proven ability to take projects from 0 to 1 with limited resources and budget.
- Familiarity with sales workflows or growth marketing tactics.
- Experience with automation tools or a "hacker" approach to repetitive tasks.

Our team is distributed between Denmark in beautiful Copenhagen, and Spain in sunny Barcelona.
What are you going to do?
You will be the driving force behind our sales momentum. As the Founder's right hand, you'll focus on mission-critical execution: identifying high-fit leads with surgical precision, leveraging AI to optimize outreach, and managing the logistics for sales projects and new experiments. This is a role for a resourceful executor who thrives on high agency and loves to create results that fuel growth.
