Full-Time, Temporary Position

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Language Requirements: Spanish and Italian (at least intermediate level)

Position Overview

The position consists of providing remote technical assistance to cinemas in Italy, Spain and Portugal connected to our content traffic network, as well as performing internal support tasks and infrastructure maintenance (e.g. lifting disconnected servers, reviewing submissions, network troubleshooting).
This role is responsible of NOC team supervision, working with Account Managers and Finance to deliver required operational service looking into best customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities- Commissioning and remote installation of servers. Perform integrity tests of audiovisual content files. Set up servers remotely, guiding the technicians locally to carry out the necessary actions. Configure LAN ports remotely and test communication with local networks.
Key Requirements- Background in audiovisual and film production/distribution. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills: time-management solid skills, the ability to prioritize workload combined with a sense of urgency, working well under pressure and meeting multiple critical deadlines daily. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical. Must have knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Spanish advanced Italian intermediate Fluent in Linux Previous knowledge of Networks & Services and file Transmission ProtocolDiversity Statement
