What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a Boutique Manager for our Boutique in Las Rozas Village Outlet.

He/she will be responsible for the overall management of the boutique.

He/she will report to the Retail Manager and will be responsible for effectively building and implementing local strategies and directing the team to further develop sales, CRM and client service within the boutique.

Recruitment for May, 2023

Your main missions on daily basis will:

Team Development and Management
Client Experience, Service, and Client Omnichannel Journey
Boutique Management.
Ambassadorial Role: Advising, Clienteling & Business Development aligned with Maison Identity
