We're looking for a sharp, innovative, and process-oriented AI Operations & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic, international team. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" kind of gig. This is about identifying what's broken, what's inefficient, what's outdated – and then wielding the power of AI and automation workflows to fix it. Permanently.

What You'll Be Doing (aka, Your Mission Control):

• Process Auditing & Optimization: Analyze internal workflows (HR, Sales, Operations, Admin) to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• AI Implementation: Design and deploy solutions using Low-Code/No-Code tools and Generative AI (LLMs, Copilot, Custom GPTs).
• Technical Liaison: Collaborate daily with the IT Manager in the Netherlands. You don't need to code the core infrastructure, but you must speak "Tech" (APIs, Data Security, basic logic) to ensure smooth integration.
• Change Management: Create documentation and train our team to adopt these new tools effectively.
• Innovation Watch: Stay updated on the latest AI trends to propose pilot projects that bring real ROI to the business.

What You Bring to the Electric Highway:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. We value academic excellence and critical thinking.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of implementing AI or Automation projects in a business context. You can show us what you built and how it improved efficiency.
• Technical Fluency: You are not a software developer, but you have: Understanding of APIs and webhooks. Basic knowledge of programming logic (Python knowledge is a massive plus) to have high-level technical conversations with our Dutch IT team. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor (candidates will be asked to demonstrate this experience during the interview process).
• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (C1/C2) for daily coordination with HQ. Spanish is required for the local office.
• Soft Skills: You are intellectually curious, analytical, and an autonomous problem-solver. You thrive in face-to-face collaboration.
