Missions of the job
The Accountant / Financial controller position contributes to the financial performance of the Sales region EU & CIS. The duration is foreseen for approximately eight months.


Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely bank payments
• Liaise with banks
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Contribute to the preparation of tax returns
• Cost allocation in cost/profit centers
• Provide KPI's to management
• Provide project and general support to the Finance Manager
• Report information for the auditor's annual report
• Contribute to timely publication of financial statements
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes
• Strengthen the confidentiality of financial data
• Contribute to financial policies and regulations

Requirements for the job

SOFT SKILLS

• Versatility to perform both an accountant and finance controller position
• Experience on accounting and tax reporting of export and import transactions (including SII)
• Good level of team spirit
• SAP FI/CO experience is appreciated
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to propose solutions, inquiring mind, adaptability
• Ability to get things done and to prioritize
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, in a multicultural environment, with crossfunctional interfaces
• Experience issuing bank remittances and bank transactions in general

HARD SKILLS

• Good level of English and Spanish, in speaking and writing
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an accountant
• Knowledge of Analytical accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree or University Degree in Finance or Accounting
