What you'll do:
We are in search of a Sales Director that brings the best of Capgemini E-R&D to her/his clients.

She/he will report to the Managing Director in Spain, and She/He will be accountable for developing her/his business on her/his sales territory, in the Energy sector.

She/He will be responsible for developing existing clients relationships and new environments, and for managing a Sales Team (7 Business development managers).

She/He will also be the high value entry point at client and pushes the Group strategic plan.

Responsibilities:


  • Develops the Capgemini Engineering market share according to the strategic account plan.
  • Generates leads through active prospection. Drive the daily sales cadence, objectives setting, and sales strategy on the territory
  • Identify and pursue targeted accounts based on industry plan and individual goals.
  • Builds relationships with targeted contacts and emerging companies.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with other functions across the Company employees as needed (marketing, business development, Industry management)
  • Contribute to the definition and execute the Gotomarket strategy
  • Promotes and sells key offers through with the support of Solution Managers.
  • Detects, selects, prioritizes, and manages major opportunities to focus on
  • Drumbeats the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection)
  • Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping
  • Identifies & summarizes client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
  • Steers his/her KPIs (data quality and analytics) in Sales tools

What you'll have:

Requirements:

years of sales experience in the Energy sector (Conventional Energy, utilities, renewable energy)

  • Strong background in solution selling for Engineering firms.
  • Track record of deep, consultative, trustbased relationships and strong knowledge, understanding of client's business
  • Proven ability to build seniorlevel client relationships
  • Identification, mobilization, and management of internal and external stakeholders for achieving revenues.
  • A natural propensity for technology with the ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate the Capgemini Engineering value proposition
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Engineering degree preferred
