    Disover II 2024/2025 Program Overview

    Airbus is seeking to recruit recent graduates from various disciplines to participate in its Graduate Programmes in Spain. The DISCOVER II 2024/2025 program is a unique opportunity for young professionals to develop their skills and knowledge in the aeronautical sector.

    Program Objectives:

    The program aims to:

    • Develop the skills and knowledge of recent graduates in the aeronautical sector.
    • Provide participants with hands-on experience in Human Resources Business Partner activities.
    • Enable participants to contribute to the company's challenges and achieve its goals.

    Job Description:

    The Human Resources Business Partner Intern will be responsible for:

    • Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks related to payroll, time management, social security, medical services, people wellbeing and development.
    • Supporting recruitment processes as HRBP.
    • Shopfloor adherence and support from an HR view.
    • Improvement of processes.
    • Onboarding phase for employees in the plant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The participant will be involved in various activities, including:

    • Participation in Welcome Day (monthly) for newcommers.
    • Reporting and upskilling of data management.
    • Lean Manufacturing learning (SQCDP).

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Recently graduated or be a Master student in human resources, economics, business or related fields.
    • Digital skills (advanced level of MS Office-focus on excel, Advanced Google Suite knowledge).
    • English and Spanish: negotiation level.
    • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
    • Willingness to learn SAP and WorkDay.
    • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
    • Strong communication skills, proactivity, motivation and flexibility.
