ABOUT THE ROLE

At Porsche Digital we are looking for a talented People Partner to join our People and Culture team, and to take care of our Costumer Interactive Center.

With experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives and projects, able to drive organisational and team change, while promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

We're looking for a People Partner who will contribute to taking Porsche Digital Spain to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Enforce Employee relations of our Customer Interactive Center, providing an environment based on inclusion and equity
Operate as a strategic partner as part of the People and Culture team to deliver technical and strategic human resource advice
Build collaborative stakeholder relationships that ensure cooperation and commitment to achieve effective people strategies and programs
Partner with the business to provide end to end advice and support for change management initiatives to support continual improvement and cultural alignment
Provide expert advice to develop awareness of human resource policies, to promote compliance and facilitate best practice outcomes
Participate in the development, implementation and review of human resources policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements
