KEY REQUIREMENTS

Passed G. C. E. A/L or Experience in sales and marketing with diploma level qualification.
Minimum 3 years' experience in field sales, preferably in power products and previous experience in customer handling will be an added advantage.
Good command in English/Sinhala and ability to speak Tamil language would be advantageous.
Quantitative and analytical skills and knowledge on MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve the monthly sales target while maximizing the profitability
Follow up and visit prospective customers demonstrate the products and close the sales.
Conduct promotional/after sales campaigns.
Follow up the prospective leads and demonstrate the products to customer.
Handling inventory, debt collection, monitoring the stock and updates the inventory for ordering.
Update the management on market intelligence details and update with the power product manager or strategic management team to facilitate the necessary strategic planning.
Maintain all records pertaining to the area for future reference and for the use of the management.
