The HSE Technician will be responsible of ensuring the compliance of the health and safety ́s aspects on site, during the different phases of the assigned project (construction, installation, commissioning and/or maintenance of Wind Farms)

  • Verify that the assigned staff comply with all the security measures.
  • Ensure the compliance of HSE plans, and internal procedures.
  • Monitor HSE documentation to ensure that all assigned staff arriving on site, have the necessary certifications, medical examinations, delivery of PPE, and/or any other demanded requirement.
  • Check and control all of the subcontractor ́s documentation to be authorized to access the park.
  • Supervise unloading and lifting manoeuvres.
  • Suspend any activity/ work upon detecting any serious or imminent risk and communicate the risk to the person in charge.
  • Prepare diary meetings/talks to ensure the compliance of safety standards associated with each type of work.
  • Investigate accidents and coordinate HSE activities in the park
  • Prepare relevant HSE reports

Requirements:


  • Education: Related with Health and Safety
  • Proven experience as HSE Technician
  • Experience working on projects relate to Renewable energy, Wind Farms, construction, civil works, etc.
  • Language: Fluent English
  • Experience managing HSE plans, policies and procedures
  • Experience supervising HSE aspects, reviewing subcontractor's documentation and permits
  • Experience working on wind farm projects or similar scope (GWO)

Salary: 21,000.00€ - 30,000.00€ per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madrid, Madrid provincia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
