    Procurement Director - Market Operations & Resilience

    The role of Procurement Director - Market Operations & Resilience is crucial in driving the success of our global Ice Cream business. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, developing and executing procurement plans, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

    We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will have excellent leadership skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the Ice Cream industry.

    As a Procurement Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Ice Cream business. You will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
    • Leveraging data analytics to inform procurement decisions and drive business growth
    • Mentoring and developing a high-performing procurement team

    Key Responsibilities

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
    • Developing and managing contracts with key suppliers
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Providing training and development opportunities to procurement team members

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
    • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and improving supply chain efficiency
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
