Job Description:

Position Purpose


To drive the adoption and optimization of lean agile value and principles and mature the organisational capability in this area.

The agile coach will work directly with teams to help raise the level of agility and play a key role in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organizations to help facilitate agile transformation across the enterprise.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Coach and mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams and management to enhance agile/lean practices, release planning, Agile ceremonies, Kanban, test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
  • Develop appropriate improvement and coaching plans to build selforganizing teams and help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, collaboration, and quality practices
  • Provide coaching to the business roles of Product Management and partner with Product and Project Owners with backlog creating and grooming to ensure vision, roadmap and personas are welldefined and understood
  • Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability and adaptability
  • Perform ongoing assessment of team agile maturity and Work with agile leaders to design and promote Brambles Agile Framework
  • Support the quarterly planning processes
  • Support an enterprise Agile COE with consistent training and coaching available to the whole of Brambles
  • Facilitate positive change by providing advice and input on technical direction, tools and processes

Qualifications:


  • Scrum Master and Product Owner Certification from any recognised Agile body. ( , Agile Alliance, SAFe etc)
Experience

  • Experience gained through working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Experience working in a global matrix program, in large, diverse teams.
  • Expertise in coaching others at various levels.
  • Knowledge of various Agile frameworks that can be applied to obtain the best outcomes from a piece of work.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing competing demands with professionalism.
Skills and Knowledge

  • The personal skills, attributes and motivation suited to coaching and enabling in a busy, changing environment, including influencing, flexibility, patience, empathy, courage, and confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication skills in all all format for a variety of stakeholder is essential, with the ability to communicate a vision and bring people on a change journey, winning over any detractors.
  • Active interest of the Agile world through learning, networking and events.
  • Knowledge and experience of tools and techniques in the agile space.
  • Ability to facilitation of facetoface and remote learning

  • 5 years
