CONTENT ASSISTANT-UK (FILM/TV) - BASED IN BARCELONA
Love TV Channels is a new company producing FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming Television) channels, based in Barcelona.


We are looking for a Content Assistant (Film/TV factual and drama) who is enthusiastic about movies and TV series to support the UK Content Team with our FAST channels distributed in the UK.


The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

The
responsibilities for this role are:

  • Monitor regularly the UK media landscape (TV, SVOD, FAST) and report on trends and activities
  • Monitor daily the Love TV Channels that are already launched in the UK and assist on improvements, problems, and ideas for curating the channels
  • Support on identifying local content to be programmed in our FAST channels and during the content licensing process
  • Grow our content catalogue by viewing, analysing, and selecting feature films, series, and shortform from catalogues of available content for our current and futureFAST channels
And these are the
requirements and qualifications for the position:

  • Studies in the AudiovisualIndustry, Media, Communications or Related fields
  • Passion for film and television, media, entertainment and digital video content
  • Curiosity, strong organisational skills, ability to be alert on the content trends across the UK and EU, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills
