Right now, we are looking for a

Recruiting Specialist to join our team

You will get the chance to:_
Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions.
Deliver diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Be responsible for the entire fullcycle recruiting process, strongly focus on Executive Search and Innovative initiatives.
Investigate the latest trends and do benchmarking duties.

Negotiation skills.
Goal orientation and flexibility.
Advanced English skills; both spoken and written (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of digital talent industry and market.
Relevant experience in IT recruiting environment and high seniority profiles.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR field. Postgraduates and Masters will be a plus
