    Job Responsibilities:

    As a Product Marketing Manager at Welocalize, your primary focus will be to set strategy and lead the promotion and adoption of our technology-driven language services within our existing client base and among our internal teams. You will work closely with product management, sales, and marketing to ensure successful feature launches, enable the sales team, and create a compelling market position strategy that showcases the value of our solutions and positions Welocalize ahead of its competitors.

    MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Set market positioning and strategy by Service Line

    · Work with senior and exec leaders to ensure product marketing strategy is aligned with our corporate strategy.

    · Influence and collaborate with Head of Marketing and head of commercials by SL to identify value proposition opportunity

    2. Release Notes and Internal Communication:

    · Collaborate with product management and development teams to create clear and concise release notes for product updates and enhancements.

    · Disseminate release information internally to ensure all teams are informed about new features and improvements.

    3. Sales Enablement:

    · Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and product training, to empower our sales team to effectively communicate the value of our language services.

    · Collaborate with sales to address customer questions and objections related to product features.

    4. Case Studies and Customer Success Stories:

    · Work with satisfied clients to create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight how our technology and AI-driven language solutions have solved specific language-related challenges.

    · Showcase the real-world impact of our services on our clients' businesses.

    5. Internal Marketing:

    · Lead internal marketing initiatives to ensure that our teams fully understand and embrace our technology offerings.

    · Create internal communication materials, including newsletters or updates, to keep all employees informed about product developments and achievements.

    6. Coordination for Feature Launches:

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to coordinate feature launches.

    · Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support product feature launches.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Experience

    Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the language services or related tech services industry.

    Skills & Knowledge

    · Strong communication and presentation skills.

    · Ability to create engaging case studies and marketing content.

    · Experience with internal marketing and sales enablement.

    · Proficiency in coordinating feature launches.

    · Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

    · Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
