Responsibility
1.Understandand execute business development strategy for the designated market
2.Identify and secure partnerships with key rail operators throughout the regions
3.Manage campaign activities with internal stakeholders
4.Monitor internal and external sales channels for rail tickets and optimize performance
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to achieve common goals
6.Support manager to achieve ambitious goals in your market
7. Communicate effectively and regularly with the company HQ team in Shanghai
What you'll Need to Succeed
1.3+years of experience in business development, ideally within the online travelor tech industry
2.Excellent negotiation, communication, andpresentation skills fluent in English
3.Data-driven approach with a knack foridentifying trends and opportunities
4.A native level of Spanish and English proficiency
