Company Description We're looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou**The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Four Corners _brings the energy and attitude of New York with quick slices of thick crust, Detroitstyle pizza at The Slice Shop or lighter Italian-American inspired dishes, perfect for a long lunch or dinner that rolls into latenight cocktails and natural wine.
Tope_ is our rooftop taqueria with views over Barcelona, serving Mexicaninspired flavours and punchy cocktails.

Reporting to the
Bar Manager, you will be responsible to help run the day-to-day Bar operations.

Job Description What you'll do**- You consistently ensure the highest standards of service, drinks preparation and bar organisation, always exceeding our guests' expectations.

Providing the team with the tools needed to bring a dynamic, warm and friendly service to our bars; from delivering wines and cocktails to pouring coffee.
Ensuring the bar has everything that is needed for our daytoday operation and the slickest service at all times.
Assisting and inspiring our guests, sharing your expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wines and spirits.
You bring your fabulous creativity and contribute to the development of new drinks and offerings, actively shaping the training and development plan for your team
Encouraging all team members to deliver the most knowledgeable and approachable product descriptions with the aim of delighting our guests and increasing sales.
Interacting with our guests, always warm, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations.

Qualifications What we're looking for**- Individuals. You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.

Ideally, you're currently established in a similar role, having had experience within a 4* hospitality environment, however having a great attitude is essential.
You have outstanding bartending and service knowledge and experience.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
You are flexible to work on rotative shifts and on weekends.
You have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectation; you want to be the best and work with the best learning from the experts in our team and sharing your knowledge with us.
