    Viking is seeking customer-focused individuals for their Torrevieja offices.

    We require employees who excel in independent work and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our customers may be in vulnerable situations, and it's essential that they receive the right assistance. As a customer consultant at Viking, you will collaborate with a larger team that supports each other when needed.

    As a customer consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from customers requiring roadside assistance. To accomplish this, you will work within various systems to resolve challenges effectively. Additionally, you will assist partners in the insurance and automotive industries with questions related to roadside assistance.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience in customer service is beneficial
    • Fluent Danish language skills, both spoken and written
    • Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written
    • Strong knowledge of data and technology
    • A clean criminal record is mandatory

    In terms of personal qualities, you should possess strong work ethics and teamwork skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable working individually and in a team, as well as being proficient with data and phones as work tools. As a person, you are likely solution-oriented and approachable, both with customers and colleagues. It's an advantage if you're curious and eager to acquire new knowledge - our days are dynamic, and we are constantly evolving.
