Your Tasks:

Your work will be a mix of discovery, delivery, vision, and stakeholder management.

• Identify new product features or improvements over existing ones through input from customers, other customerfacing units as well as engineering teams.
• Define features in collaboration with the UI/UX Designer and the R&D team, and translate them into backlog user stories.
• Act as Scrum Product Owner, participating in the Scrum team rituals, taking responsibility of grooming the backlog, solving questions on backlog items from the Engineering team, and validating feature implementation.
• Collaborate with the CPO in the roadmap definition and prioritization.
• Communicate product releases and produce knowledge material for internal and external use.

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of experience with
  Enterprise
  software product management (ideally including both responsive web apps and APIs) from feature ideation to market release.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Experience with project/product management tools (we use Jira and Airfocus).
• Proactive attitude and team orientation in a multicultural working environment.
• Fluent in English, i.e. discuss technical implementations (at least C1, oral and written). Fluent in German is a plus.
