WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying ML models to automate and optimize various operational processes within our company.

You will be responsible for leveraging AWS services, particularly Amazon Sagemaker, to build, train, and deploy machine learning models in a scalable and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities where machine learning can provide operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop endtoend machine learning solutions using AWS Sagemaker, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Implement and finetune stateoftheart machine learning algorithms and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of ML models through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring.
  • Utilize AWS services such as Athena, Glue, and EMR for efficient data processing, transformation, and analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and provide necessary optimizations and refinements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ML model development.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AWS services to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements & Nice to have's:


  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in AWS Sagemaker for developing and deploying ML models at scale.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
  • Familiarity with model monitoring techniques and tools for identifying performance issues and making necessary improvements.
  • Solid understanding of big data concepts and experience working with AWS data suite services such as Athena, Glue, and EMR.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with libraries and frameworks commonly used in machine learning and data analysis.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
