    Packaging Technician

    The Supply Chain Packaging (SCP) is the technical leader responsible for developing new initiatives and improving Granollers Site competitiveness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Supply Chain Packaging, you are responsible for being the primary technical point of contact for innovation and strategic projects, collaborating with other SC stakeholders, including the Site Initiative Leader (SIL), Procurement, R&D Technical (Formula & Pack) teams, Planning Hub, and Quality.

    Your main focus:

    • Contribute to new initiative start-ups (provide inputs in the design phase, support FMEA & project hand over with R&D packaging)
    • Originate tertiary packaging specifications (validate end-of-line configurations & run transport tests)
    • Manage development of suppliers' capability/capacity (root cause analysis in specs deviation)
    • Support Business Continuity Plan (duplicate specs to new suppliers, increase existing suppliers' capacity & apply regulatory requirements)
    • Support quality improvement (revisit specification tolerance & modify delivery methods/packing instructions)
    • Support continuous improvement (partner with Operations to improve production processes & improvement to impact line efficiency)
    • Identify, assess, and implement cost-saving opportunities.

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    You have experience as a Supply Chain Packaging professional, collaborate with other teams, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

    Other qualities include:

    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA, or similar academic background)
    • Packaging passion
    • English language proficiency (advanced level required)
    • Literacy in 2D & 3D software
    • Methodical and organized approach
    • Priority setting and organizational skills
    • Effective written and spoken communication skills
    • Results-focused with ability to adapt to dynamic environments
    • Collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
    • Strong sense of individual accountability and personal drive
