We have an exciting opportunity open for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA Barcelona.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a highend venue.
Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations
A passion for hospitality and customer service.
A team player, proactive with a cando attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.
