Goal of the Position
As Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be responsible to plan and oversee our company's compensation and benefits programs.
Main Activities
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's strategy.
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
Job Competences
- Strategic view and management of priorities.
- Be methodical, rigorous, and organized, being able to work on different projects.
- Great communication skills, being able to face any type of audience, adapting to the audience, and demonstrating good listening skills.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as in Compensation & Benefits in an international role
- At least 10 years of experience in different HR positions
- English level C
- Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
