Goal of the Position
As Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be responsible to plan and oversee our company's compensation and benefits programs.

Main Activities

Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's strategy.
Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques

Job Competences

Strategic view and management of priorities.
Be methodical, rigorous, and organized, being able to work on different projects.
Great communication skills, being able to face any type of audience, adapting to the audience, and demonstrating good listening skills.
Minimum experience of 5 years as in Compensation & Benefits in an international role
At least 10 years of experience in different HR positions

English level C
