Responsibilities
Focuses on ensuring all lines of support for more complex incidents through effective coaching and training of IT Technical Support Engineers,- Fosters good relationships with stakeholders including vendors carriers colleagues. ,
- Resolves calls identifies root cause of incidents events problems ensures proactive future management. ,
- Sends continuous feedback receives calls incidents requests events when required updates all systems portals prescribed standard procedures fully recover incident line relevant processes agreements fully updates progress resolution details performs any other related task required
