    As a CRM Consultant, you design and optimize CRM solutions to turn data into actionable insights, streamline customer journeys, and strengthen client relationships.

    You will manage end-to-end CRM campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. You forecast results, define CRM strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations, supported by clear dashboards and reports. This role contributes to Publicis Groupe's mission of connecting creativity, technology and data to boost client performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact.

    Responsabilidades


    • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of hands-on CRM experience

    • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
    • Digital-first mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving capabilities
