We are now looking for a German Content Producer/Translator to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring the accurate translation, high-quality content, and seamless user experience of our website for our German-speaking audience.

You will be responsible for:

Translating a wide range of content types, including product descriptions, user interface elements, and more from English to German.
Edit and proofread translated content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the company's guidelines.
Collaborate with content creators and other team members to maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and style across all German content.
Conduct thorough quality checks on translated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and cultural relevance for the target audience.
Identify and address any potential linguistic issues that may arise during translation and content adaptation.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper implementation and formatting of translated content on the website.
Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing the user experience for Germanspeaking visitors.

What we are looking for:

Nativelevel proficiency in German, with a deep understanding of its grammar, syntax, idiomatic expressions, and cultural context.
Proficiency in English, allowing for accurate translation and effective communication with the team.
Proven experience as a professional translator and editor within a commercial environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in tone, style, and terminology across different types of content.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with content management systems and web publishing tools.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within a crossfunctional team.
Adaptability to evolving priorities and a willingness to take on new challenges.
A passion for language, culture, and delivering highquality content that resonates with the target audience.
