Our Customer Care Team is looking for a Root Cause Analyst for the UK market**
Your role will involve

Complete indepth root cause analysis for complaints to understand their validity against defined metrics.
Understand end user needs and influence the RCA development roadmap.
Support daily creation and delivery of reports.
Collaborate with Customer Care team to ensure our stakeholders are getting the maximum value out of the core reports.
Work closely with diverse stakeholders especially in Operations from across the business to ensure business requirements are met and core reports optimized
Manage communication with the Centre, Countries and BSC on new reports, processes & procedures
Maintain clear and precise communication with Managers and TLs regarding reports, processes & procedures.
Create through effective communication and feedback mechanisms an environment to allow employees to report on products/processes/systems discrepancies
Liaise with key stakeholders around the business and designs and delivers relevant and insightful reporting and commentary from differing perspectives.
Review procedures and processes and standardize Customer Care reporting, processes and procedures
Ensure Customer Care systems are kept up to date
Proactively identify potential high impact issues and proactively troubleshoot problem areas to define best solutions to solve them
Ensure continuous improvement actions are identified and delivered according to agreed timeline
Support quality management through internal auditing and process reviews
Identify and implement improvements to the working processes and service delivery procedures in conjunction with TLs, Managers and SMEs team
Participate in contact call center projects

Requirements:

English as mother tongue level
Spanish or any other European language would be valuable too
Previous experience in Customer Service
Analytical skills
Resolution skills
Familiar with Office
