    Funciones y responsabilidades:

    Las tareas principales incluyen:

    • Gestionar y remitir ofertas de venta a los clientes de mercados asignados, según las peticiones recibidas.
    • Ateder los requerimientos de compra de piezas, equipos o herramientas de los clientes de mercados asignados.
    • Seguir el estado de pedidos de compra realizados.
    • Recopilar precios de venta de proveedores para licitaciones y catálogo de repuestos de mercados asignados.
    • Verificar existencia de stock sobrante.
    • Identificar a proveedores que puedan suministrar piezas, equipos o herramientas, considerando requisitos solicitados por cliente, generar ofertas de compra y enviarlas a proveedores.
    • Analizar ofertas recibidas de proveedores con criterios económicos y comerciales, seleccionar oferta cuando sea necesario.
    • Introducir pedido recibido del cliente en ERP.
    • Renegociar condiciones de compra con proveedores.
    • Lanzar pedido de compra asociado al pedido de venta.
    • Solicitar expedición de piezas compradas.
    • Identificar plazo para procesar pedido de compra por proveedor y llegar al cliente final.
    • Hacer seguimiento con proveedores para asegurar cumplimiento de fechas de entrega pactadas y comunicar retrasos a clientes de mercados asignados.

    Requisitos deseados:

    Certificaciones y conocimientos adicionales:

    • Conocimientos técnicos básicos en interpretación de planos

    Educación:

    Nivel educativo requerido: Grado superior o formación universitaria en especialidad mecánica.

    Experiencia:

    Se requiere experiencia contrastada en:

    • Compras
    • Departamentos comerciales
    • Comercio internacional
    • Aprovisionamiento
    • Expedición
    • Logística

    También se valorará experiencia en gestión global de la cadena de suministro.
