Our client implements a fast, professional and reliable service that provides all the tools a restaurant may need to run a successful business.
They are looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to support the expansion into new markets and to represent their cut-edge management software for the gastronomy sector.
You will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential in Spain and keeping track of their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Working closely together with their Sales and Expansion team from the headquarters, you will contribute to the growth of the company.
Languages:
- Native level of Spanish
- Fluent level of English

Main Responsibilities:
- Being one of the first Sales Managers for your country/region, you will play a key role in the expansion and be responsible to meet the objectives
- Prospection of new clients and acquisition of new partners within the Horeca sector
- Building and maintaining partnerships with Key Accounts
- Traveling through your territory, visiting and meeting potential partners
- Being the expert in your market, you make a decisive contribution to the codesign of new sales campaigns
- You monitor the most important KPIs and work out action strategies if necessary
- Develop strategies to promote the sales of the products
Core Skills/experience:
- Sales is your passion You enjoy communicating with new customers and convincing them
- Experience in field sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets is a plus
- Handson mentality when it comes to building new processes and defining sales strategies
- Enjoying being on the road a lot in your region and knowing your region inside out
- Being an open and communicative person with a strong business sense and industry expertise
- Having an understanding of CRM systems and a structured way of working
