HR Learning, Associate

To contribute and support the team responsible for the execution of HR activities related to Training and Talent management ensuring they are accurate and on time according to the Service requirements.

The role is located in Granada preferably.

Main Responsibilities:

Training and courses activation and management

Providers and stakeholder management

Support to learning and development

FUNDAE management

HR Admin tasks related

Required experience:

Professional / Job Experience

Specific knowledge in FUNDAE subsidy management

2-3 of previous relevant experience in a Learning & Development HR department, administering Training processes in HR consulting, HR outsourcing or corporate environment

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Attention to detail

Spanish fluent is req

Excellent written and verbal skills

Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures

Oracle and SAP Knowledge preferred
