Summary of the role


We are expanding our DACH technical team and searching for a highly motivated, proactive and dynamic technician who would like to join to a growth company.

You will work with both internal and external customer by solving technical doubts or problems. you will support customers in person or remotely in commissioning and start-up.


In this role you will:


  • Provide Telephone technical assistance for condensing units, refrigeration units, drivers, etc.
  • Commissioning
  • Select and calculate of refrigeration equipment
  • Parameterisation of drivers and controls
  • Design and monitoring of refrigeration installations
  • Manage warranty request
  • Presales technical support to customers and sales department.

You will need:


  • Studies: Industrial engineering or electronic engineering
  • Experience: Experience in the sector of 1 to 3 years, experience in inverter technology and CO2 is an advantage.
  • Languages: High level of spoken and written English and German
  • Willingness to travel
