Mission and responsibilities:


As IT/Business Analyst, you will become part of the payments team taking care of the design and adaptation of the front, back-end and processes associated with the different payment clearing houses.

Carrying out all the project, and analytics initiatives including the coordination of testing and process implementation.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Be the translator between business needs into functional and technical specifications, validation with key areas (Front Office, IT, Business...), test cases definition & software testing, design, deployment, maintenance, and SW enhancements.
  • Become Subject matter expert for the Payments transactions domain, with full knowledge of the products, processes and channel challenges.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and find a solution using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree related with Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of Retail banking experience preferably within payments solutions.
  • Wellrounded skill set with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a get the job done type of attitude.
  • Problem Solving / Complexity / Innovation skills.
  • Being a teamplayer and get easily adapted to changes.
