POSITION GOAL:

To deliver configuration/consulting services to ADP GlobalView (SAP HCM-ES).

Ensure clients experience World Class service when engaged.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide consulting services to client base. Provide guidance on design and configuration of solutions as well as provide functional/technical expertise.
Provide postlive issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes (investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation).
Deliver effective client communications.
Create and send Customer messages to SAP to request support and corrections.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

SAP certification or equivalent SAP work experience.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3 years of experience with SAP HCM (Spanish Payroll)
Uses Resources to Resolve Routine Issues
Resolves Variety of Issues
Resolves Wide Range of Issues
Contributes to developing Organization Objectives
