Job Description:

We are looking for a new intern to work in EU-funded R&I project management field including H2020, Horizon Europe (HE), EIC and Eurostars funding instruments.

As Intern you support our team in project management and reporting for some of the most innovative companies in Europe within a wide range of industries.

You will be provided with intensive on-the-job training and will work under the guidance from the Manager and Senior Consultants.

Tasks
Conduct desk research and data analysis, draft report writing.
Assist in development of tools and templates for project reports, as well as internal presentations, trackers, schedules and guides.

Support the team in delivery of the unit ́s services, among others: Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP), development & review of project progress reports (technical and financial), development & review of project deliverables, preparation & submission of Amendments to the Grant Agreements.

Contribute proactively to the development of Nordic Innovators as whole, and be a great team player.
Job Requirements

Degree (Bachelor/Master) or last year of studies in one of the following disciplines: Project Management, Data Analytics, Economics, European Studies, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.

Excellent analytical and writing skills, including ability to conduct desk research, data analysis and visualisation, report writing.
Understanding of how EU R&I soft funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe, H2020, EIC, Eurostars) are functioning.
Fluent oral and written English skills (C1). Knowledge of Norwegian or Danish will be an asset.
Very good command of Microsoft 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Advanced command of Excel and good command of Microsoft VISIO, Power BI will be an asset.
Good understanding of industrial and academic research environments, as well as the business sector.
Fast learner with ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team as well as independently.
