    **Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    **Job Description:**

    • Manage a team responsible for all aspects of European payroll operations, including overseeing company payments, reviewing payroll changes, and compiling payroll summaries for management review.
    • Oversee the approval of transactions and review exemptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws.
    • Maintain payroll systems, report any issues to management, and ensure the best financial practices are adhered to.
    • Audit payroll transactions to ensure that accounts, payment dates, and taxes are accurate and up-to-date.

    **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, human resource management, or a similar field.
    • 4-5 years' experience in payroll in European countries.
    • Excellent knowledge of payroll and HR software, such as ADP and Workday.
    • Familiarity with labor legislation and tax laws.
