PLANIFICACIÓN Garantiza: - El Control que los niveles de stock se mantengan en línea con los objetivos establecidos. - La realización los análisis de los KPI del SNP y control de la correcta gestión del mismo. - La intervención con las fábricas en caso de criticidades.(productivas y de transporte) - La organización de reuniones con Central Planning con el objetivo de mejorar la comunicación y colaboración entre la empresa y las fábricas. - La información de las problemáticas de la producción y las necesidades de reducir los costes en las reuniones de los Planes de Ventas (Consensus Meeting). - En las reuniones de los planes de venta de las criticidades de stock. - Informa a Ventas y Demand Planning, todos aquellos casos en los cuales las ventas reales no respeten los planes siempre que esto genere una sensible variación entre la cobertura real y la cobertura prevista. - La evaluación, de las capacidades de almacenamiento de las plataformas de distribución simulando las necesidades de huecos a ocupar. Evaluar, la clave de reparto entre los almacenes centrales de España. MANIPULACIONES Garantiza - Las actividades de copacker - Soporta al responsable de manipulaciones a la hora de la toma de las decisiones de encontrar el lugar físico donde efectuar las manipulaciones. Que el responsable de las manipulaciones planifique envíos directos desde las fábricas a los almacenes de los manipuladores (siempre que sea posible). CONTROL DEL PRODUCTO EN TRÁNSITO DE ENTRADA. Garantiza el seguimiento, y entrada en los almacenes, del producto procedente de las fábricas, controlando la fecha prevista de la llegada y la cantidad en función del aviso de expedición. Establece los procesos necesarios para tener trazada la actividad e interactúa con los distintos actores para resolver incidencias. FLUJOS DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA DE PRODUCTO - Garantiza la alineación diaria de los stocks entre los sistemas del Operador Logístico y de la empresa. - Garantiza la emisión de la documentación necesaria para los servicios a Ceuta, Melilla y el archipiélago canario. - Garantiza el control administrativo de las devoluciones. - Reserva el producto para las manipulaciones en los almacenes primarios. - Gestiona el tráfico con las empresas previamente contratadas para el traslado de producto entre los almacenes y el manipulador, y viceversa. - Garantiza la contratación los transportes entre almacenes según indicaciones de Distribución. -Importante empresa sector Gran Consumo - Importante empresa sector Gran Consumo - Licenciado o Ingeniero. - Será valorable positivamente un MBA o Máster en Logística. - Residencia en Barcelona. - Experiencia de más de 6 años realizando funciones similares. Tu nueva empresa es una multinacional del sector con presencia global, más de 1000 empleados y con crecimiento en facturación constante, dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de especialidades químicas para la industria.   Tu nuevo puesto será el de Sales Manager para la Unidad de Negocio de Coatings. Reportando a la Dirección General de la empresa y a los expertos en tu Business Unit a nivel mundial, serás la persona que lidere las ventas en Iberia para la línea de Coatings. Contarás con expertos en I+D y laboratorios tanto en la sede española como a nivel internacional y serás encargado/a de desarrollar proyectos a nivel nacional e internacional con grandes clientes del sector industrial. Tu ámbito geográfico inicial será de España y Portugal, pudiendo asumir coordinación de proyectos más amplios en tu línea de especialidad.  Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto una Ingeniería Química, un nivel alto de inglés, mínimo cinco años de experiencia comercial especialmente en coatings, dispersantes, espesantes, polímeros o similar para diferentes aplicaciones industriales y sustratos. Reporting to the Iberia Finance Director and the EMEA Local Controller, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions: - Manage day to day finance activities for the Iberia region. - Ensure that all monthly closing is timely within corporate deadlines and in adherence to IFRS. - Provide Key decision support to regional manager with respect to forecasting, management reporting, preparation of annual operating plan. - Prepare monthly/ quarterly reviews/ analysis on key management performance indicators. - Provide management with ad hoc analysis and support as needed. - Ensure that VAT and other tax declarations are prepared and filed in a timely fashion. - Ensure local statutory accounts and corporate income tax returns and prepared for all entities on an annual basis. - Closely manage external 3rd party firm providing basic accounting services for Portugal. - Primary point of contact for external auditors and tax consultants as they pertain to local entities. - Provide support for local compliance. - Build strong relationships with business management and be seen as a key member of the management team who adds value to the decision making process. -International Company - International Company - University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. - Minimum 5 years experience in similar position as an International Financial Controller, Business Controller in a multinational environment. - Previous experience in a pharma sector, very desirable. - Good knowledge of international financial reporting, taxation and budgetary controls. - Wide knowledge of the Spanish GAAP and IFRS and SOX, desirable. - Excellent English and Spanish language skills, is a must. - Excellent PC/financial modelling skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with SAP, very desirable.
