Reporting to the help Desk Coordinator within the Operations department, you will be providing 1st level technical support for our network of agents around Europe being responsible for the following tasks: - Perform installation of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s - Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System We are looking for a candidate with: - Advanced level of German and fluency in English - IT background or IT interest - Work experience as a Helpdesk Technician or Technical Support - High knowledge of MS Windows and Internet Explorer - Excellent skills installing computers and peripherals (scanner, antivirus...)
