Description of the job MissionTo ensure Key Suppliers performance (On time Delivery, On Target Quality and On Target Cost).To manage all transfers of work related to those Key Suppliers.Main Responsibilities Is accountable for performance monitoring, improvement and development including recovery plans and field engineer support decision (OTD1, OTD3, missing parts, stock, TAT) Is accountable for ensuring supplier maturity by challenging workshop Orga / WIP / capacity / quality / Tier 2 mastering / PFMEA / Control plan Is Accountable for Supplier Compliance with AH requirements and corrective action implementation Is accountable for consolidating and communicating logistics and quality performance (actual and targets) Is accountable for sharing with supplier S&OP decisions, supply plan, consolidated forecast, new program workload and commenting on main demand variations Is accountable for checking workload/capacity balance (workshop and engineering capacities) Is providing SC / recommendations for TOW Focal point Is the focal point for op. procurement and op. quality for recurrent / major issues / escalation Is accountable for suppliers audits / improvement plan and surveillance : IPCA+ (leader or co-assessor) / CCP / Logistics audits / SQIP Is accountable for planning and facilitating supplier performance review Is contributions on SED/SFM Is accountable for deploying new industrial processes/tools, including logistics flows (VMI, DDF…) Is accountable for managing supplier risks and opportunities Is responsible to monitor and challenge internal technical issues treatments to secure suppliers performance (ECPs, DA, concessions…) Is responsible for optimizing supply chain costs (quality, penalties, inventories, logistics flows…) Required skills  Good level of English Technical knowledge of Airframe products (Composite, Sheet metal and assemblies) Ready to travel / Autonomy Solution oriented / Welcome problems Capability to lead Multifunctional Team

Tu nueva empresa Compañía multinacional que pertenece a grupo de varias empresas, la cual son lideres en el diseño, fabricación e instalación de maquinaria de envasado para diferentes sectores como alimentación, químico o farmacéutico. Tu nuevo puesto Buscamos a un Supply Chain o Purchasing Manager que será responsable de dirigir los departamentos de Logística, Calidad y Compras, compuesto por un equipo de 6 personas. Su principal función será la de asegurar el servicio de compra directa, almacenamiento, distribución y previsión financiera para limitar los costes y mejorar la precisión de los materiales necesarios para la construcción de la maquinaria. Se responsabilizará de examinar los procedimientos existentes o las oportunidades para racionalizar las actividades para satisfacer las necesidades de la empresa. Dirigir el movimiento, almacenamiento o procesamiento de inventario y pronóstico. Además, buscamos a alguien que dirija y monitoree el desempeño de la Cadena de Suministro para evaluar la capacidad de cumplir con los requisitos de calidad y entrega a clientes internos y externos. Implementar procesos de cadena de suministro nuevos o mejorados. Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto Para encajar con esta posición y la empresa, buscamos candidatos/as que tengan un mínimo de 5-7 años de experiencia ya sea en Compras o Supply Chain dentro de empresas de construcción de maquinaria, que haya liderado un equipo de mínimo 5 personas, que tenga formación Técnica o Superior en Ingeniería y que tenga un alto nivel de inglés.
