We recruit an Offshore Maintenance Process Engineer in order to work in an important company placed in Vizcaya. Reporting to Services/Operations Manager, the engineer will carry out the following duties: -Definition of the operations and planning for offshore windfarm maintenance program. -Definition, validation and documentation of such working procedures; the sequence and the instructions, taking into account human and technical resources, logistics, costs, and the International Safety Rules Regulation for offshore windfarms sector. -Risk assessment in the different phases of the defined operations: systematic identification of all hazards and hazardous situations and hazardous events that are reasonably foreseeable by brainstorming techniques, what if, PHA,.. -Complete and maintain required and accurate instructions documentation and records associated with corrective and preventive maintenance of wind turbines and associated equipment. -Ensure the safety training of the wind farm personnel, ceritifications and qualifications, and monitor the use of appropriate safety gear, protective equipment, and control of energy sources to ensure work is performed in a safe manner. -Ensure safety and health requirements at each instruction. -Be proficient at Root Cause Analyses to accurately determine failure mode and reason. -Ensure the inventory of tools, consumables and spare parts inventory. -Ensure Safety Review of design for maintenance (MTD) and assembly task description. -Up to date analysis of legislation (national, international regulations and standards).
