TAREAS: -Entender y evaluar la metodología de inversión actual. -Aplicar técnicas de Machine Learning para mejorar los procesos de recomendación. -Seguimiento y análisis de los portfolios. -Integración de los desarrollos y soporte en Python. QUÉ TE OFRECEMOS La oportunidad de trabajar con un equipo de Data Science que maneja productos financieros punteros. Aquí utilizarás técnicas de Machine Learning para mejorar y desarrollar metodologías de inversión reales. Estarás trabajando en un proyecto nuevo donde podrás aportar todas tus ideas. No nos importa si no tienes experiencia o tienes poca, vamos a ayudarte en tu crecimiento profesional. Pero no esperes que te dictemos las instrucciones, tendrás que encontrar tu camino y sorprendernos con los resultados. El límite lo pones tú, no nosotros. Gran entidad financiera precisa incorporar a alguien que se ocupe de la negociación para la recuperación de préstamos hipotecarios en situación irregular mediante contacto telefónico analizando la situación socio-económica de los clientes y valoración de las garantías a fin de ofrecer las alternativas financieras y extrajudiciales que se determinen para cada cartera. Las funciones a realizar son: -Análisis de la composición de la cartera asignada para su gestión. -Selección y análisis previo de los clientes a analizar con aplicación del sentido de urgencia en los casos que lo precisen. -Gestionar el cobro de expedientes hipotecarios en diferentes fases de impago que pueden pertenecer a distintos emisores. -Conocer y asimilar las políticas recuperatorias establecidas para cada cartera asignada ya sea propia, de entidad financiera o de inversor. -Análisis y actualización de la situación socio-económica del deudor para conocer los motivos de la situación irregular y proponer las alternativas de recuperación más adecuadas. -Preparación de la entrevista telefónica con el cliente. -Hacer planteamientos definitivos utilizando los circuitos de autorización establecidos.
