You will pro-actively communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues and design tests to mitigate risk. You will write and execute SQL queries for back-end validation and identify business requirements, documentation and specifications for software factory. Further, you will do tests in different environments. You will perform many of the roles required for a software test project; e.g. defect management, test analysis and acceptance tests definition. You will monitor the delivery of our Service Level Agreement and Manage our CRs pipeline, definition of test cases and perform UAT as necessary in collaboration with our Product Owners. Ultimately, you will resolve at 3rd level the IT related incidents arising in our Service Desk and monitor incidents response times, manage third party supplier’s relationship and assist in the analysis of new technologies that would enable our business to grow further.
