This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support Global Commercial Payments (GCP) Marketing in Spain. The successful candidate will play an important role within Spain team, focused on delivering marketing initiatives to our Corporate and Small Business Customer audiences.

Relationship competencies will be key to successfully working closely with our Field colleagues, along with other internal partners, central teams and agencies. The successful candidate will bring experience in marketing and excellent project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities

Execute the ES GCP Acquisition and Customer Marketing strategies, delivering campaigns to increase # of leads in the pipeline and delivering client-centric marketing initiatives.

• Acquisition marketing campaigns execution: Responsible for end to end campaign execution across channels such as online and telemarketing campaigns
• Stakeholder relationship: Work in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Sales Managers, to understand requirements, priorities and optimise processes.
• Drive Reporting and bring rules of management to local sales teams: In collaboration with Central EMEA team and Iocal teams, manage reporting dashboards to track and measure campaigns performance.
• Leads management and allocation: manage internal tools / systems to generate & allocate leads/opportunities into the Sales team pipelines.
• Support local teams to bring new projects to the market.
• Customer marketing support: managing content creation: Online and offline content and collateral management: Own the SP marketing materials and drive awareness and usage amongst business partners. Includes managing ongoing collateral updates; maintaining content on shared portals; establishing best in class processes and Customer contact treatments
• Agency management: Brief and manage agency partners to efficiently and effectively drive campaigns. Includes creative agencies; digital partners; printers; etc


Qualifications

 3+ years direct experience in Marketing, covering multi-channels including; telemarketing; digital; direct mail; social; and collateral.
 Track record of successful project planning, management and delivery, including excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
 Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and forecasting skills to deliver campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and track results and performance.
 Experience developing messaging, including copywriting.
 Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills proven across a large matrix organization.
 Very high level of attention to detail.
 Able to work independently under own initiative.
 Experience working with Sales and Account Development organisations is a plus.
 Excel management.
 Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing.
