As a Key Account Manager for Italy, you will drive the set-up and development of our business in the Italian market and report directly to international Commercial Director of Tiendeo in Spain.


Your main responsibilities will comprise:

-Define and implement an effective sales strategy for the Italian market. You will approach and meet the largest Italian retailers and focus on closing long-term agreements
-Recruit, lead and develop our Italian commercial team
-Implement an effective PR strategy to get visibility on both the industry specific as well as the broader media; you will represent Italian in interviews and press articles or any other Italian publication
You will be part of the executive team where you can contribute to the overall development ofTiendeo and you will receive training and support from the founders, our specialists in online and mobile marketing, software development, content and sales.


You will be based in Barcelona, being flexible to travel across Italy. Furthermore, you will take part on the roll out of the business strategy, having a direct impact on its course and being able to benefit from its growth.









Requisitos:

Desirable aptitudes and skills


-Age between 25 and 40 years old and with 4 to 8 years experience in relevant sectors, preferably on digital, retail, entrepreneurship or strategic consulting. It is important to have experience in managing teams, as well as management and hunting of clients and large accounts.
-Bachelor degree – graduate studies are a plus (e.g.: MBA)
-Knowledge and experience in the Italian market
-Proficiency in English and Italian
-Analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic vision
-Proven leadership, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
-Resilient, responsible and dedicated individual
-Entrepreneurial spirit (Previous experience in changing environments or entrepreneurial projects and interest for new tech, online and mobile innovation will be a plus)
-Microsoft Office Suite advanced user. Specially Power Point and Excel.
