The candidate´s main responsibilities are:

• Develop all reception duties (customer/provider greeting, calls, mail, package deliveries);
• Manage travel for employees;
• Organise and/or coordinate events and meetings;
• Develop and implement new administrative systems;
• Organise the office layout, make sure all equipment are running and arrange for any necessary repairs;
• Manage stationery supply;
• Personal assistant to the Senior Management team;
• Support Logistics, Marketing, Design and Sales Departments; and
• Organise stock room and samples

The candidate will report directly to the CFO, based in Spanish office.

Job requirements

• Diploma in Executive Secretary or Administrative roles or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any similar degree
• A well-organised person – with at least one years experience in a similar role
• Fluency level of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office skills: Intermediate
• Availability to travel to trade show in Germany (one week in April)
• Capable of working under pressure and multi-tasking – with proven problem solving skills, who can track simultaneously various procedures and keep a clear view for priorities
• A flexible, motivated, proactive and hard-working team player An excellent communicator
• A settled personality, good team player, quick learner and independent thinker – keen to deliver positive contributions for the whole organisation

Desirable but not essential:
• Knowledge of
• Worked for an Airline and/or Airline supplier
• Fluency in any other language.

Job Conditions and Benefits
- Annual salary: 20,000 euros
- Permanent position after three months with temporary contract
- Position to be filled as soon as possible
- Based in Madrid office
