International Quality Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time Quality Assistant to provide administrative support to the Quality international Team in a dynamic environment. Principal duties include providing business and organizational support to the VP QA International and the QA EMEA Team.

Key responsibilities:
Preparation and tracking of business metrics
Preparation of Management Review presentations for EMEA and AP and archiving in the Quality Management System Database
Preparation of Monthly Reports
Support on Field Corrective Action Execution:
Prepare letters for Field Corrective Actions;
Interface with translation agency for translations;
Inform, by written, all team executing necessary tasks and perform follow-up;
Receive and archive all acknowledgment forms;
Maintain all electronic documentation in specific sharepoint;
Prepare regular reports and inform team on follow-up of the tasks;
Ensure good documentation practices with all paper and electronic records.
After Receiving appropriate training in the documentation database (PLM Ignite) be able to:
Prepare and process change requests in the documentation database within agreed timelines;
Interface with training coordinator if released documents affect training.

Required Education/Skills:
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and, preferably, knowledge in a quality documentation electronic database;
Some previous experience in supporting a Quality Department or graduate/post-graduate education in Quality Systems
Excellent written and spoken English and a second European Language (German or French) would be a plus.
The ability to work with flexibility and initiative.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the company
Very strong organizational skills
College/University degree

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will be energetic and creative - a critical thinker that is capable of multi-tasking. Above average MS Office skills are a must.
Three years or more experience in a secretarial or administrative function (preferably at the senior management level).
