SELECTIVA HR CONSULTANCY IS LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The account development executive for Germany will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Small Business Portfolio by driving incremental billing, increasing customer engagement and retaining customers via telephone-based servicing. The ADE will need to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s needs (market competition, issues impacting customer’s’ businesses etc.) and closed opportunities to retain business. The ADE will nurture and cultivate existing client relationships in order to grow and expand the core business and Non T&E opportunities whilst always looking to enhance client advocacy in all dealings through their lifecycle with us.

RESPONSABILITIES: • Drive incremental billing, increasing customer engagement and retaining customers via telephone-based servicing • Maintain strong “customer listening” and consultative skills to position and expand the SBS value proposition, resulting in customer satisfaction and increased billings • Maintain a high level of knowledge for related product, underwriting policy, local and applied legal constraints and system or processes within the department. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions. • Support the SBS Product team to build ongoing robustness in their product development and offerings. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

LOCATION: Madrid

SALARY: 22.000 + 3.000 (variable)

TIMETABLE: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 18:00)

REQUIRED SKILLS: • German native speaker • Previous experience in a telephone based environment • Strong customer oriented mindset • Challenger Approach • Highly motivated and results driven • Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience • Exceptional time and work management skills, focused on prioritizing for the best outcomes • Capacity to influence decision-makers
