Victor Díez Bildosola

I am a Spanish artist currently living in Bilbao (Basque Country, Spain). Recently graduated from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and currently studying for a Master's Degree in Practice and Theory in Contemporary Art and Culture at the Azkuna Zentroa - Alhóndiga Bilbao. Trained in Visual Development, I am looking for an opportunity to develop professionally within this field.

I really enjoy creating characters as a vehicle to tell stories and love to share my interest with other artists. This passion has led me to work on various projects, among which I include my ongoing webcomic Hungry Heart and Flor de Cadáver. Although I specialized in Visual Development and Character Design, I also have experience with animated short films. My latest projects have been more experimental and heavily influenced by this practice.

I have worked as a freelance artist for several clients and in 2022 I self-published my novel Flor de Cadáver, a short story that deals with issues such as social exclusion and dissidence through poetry and the world of plants.

I graduated from the University of the Basque Country with a Bachelor's Degree in July 2022 and I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Theory and Practice in Contemporary Art and Culture at the Azkuna Zentroa Alhóndiga in Bilbao.
