I am an experienced, multi-award-winning, freelance writer & director with a passion for expressive, authentic, storytelling. Over the previous five years my films have won 8 awards and have been shown at over 50 film festivals around the world, and the music videos I have directed have received over 100K hits to date. In 2020, I set up independent production company Æ FILMS with long term collaborator Conor Tobin.
As a screenwriter I have collaborated on many produced projects, I pride myself on my ability to produce ambitious, yet practical, scripts and treatments, that translate seamlessly from script to screen. I have experience in writing within drama, commercial, and theatre. I have an excellent ear for dialogue and voices, and especially enjoy period writing and research.
